One site, three languages, no duplicate content
A firm serving Turkish, Arabic and English-speaking clients needed each language to rank on its own terms.

Challenge
Translated pages competed with each other, hreflang was incomplete, and Arabic pages were indexed inconsistently.
Strategy
Treat each language as a market: native intent research, separate indexable URLs, correct hreflang and language-specific internal linking.
Execution
Technical clean-up, a new content architecture per language, and an editorial plan written natively rather than translated.
Results
Organic sessions grew steadily across all three languages with clearer attribution by market.
